Pasta with Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients:
1 lb. brown rice spaghetti penne or fettuccine noodles or another gluten-free pasta (Tinkyada is good.)
1 recipe Alfredo Sauce (get recipe here)
Freshly grated Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
Directions:
1. Make Alfredo Sauce (get recipe here).
2. Cook pasta according to package directions.
3. Drain pasta.
4. Combine pasta with hot Alfredo Sauce (get recipe here).
5. Sprinkle Pecorino Romano cheese and parsley over pasta and serve.
Makes 6 servings.
